Private events are charged on an hourly basis. This focused timeframe ensures your celebration stays intimate while accommodating the nature of social gatherings.

Our private event rental includes access to our main reception space, covered patio, catering prep kitchen, and restroom facilities. Events are limited to our main venue areas, with the ceremony site and getting ready suites reserved for wedding celebrations.

Can I bring my own decorations?

Absolutely! We welcome your personal touches and decorative elements. Our modern aesthetic with black and white decor and green accents provides a beautiful backdrop that works with most color schemes.

Is there a minimum guest count?

No minimum. Whether you’re hosting an intimate gathering of 20 or a larger celebration up to 125, we’ll work with you on a timeframe that fits your group.

Do we have to hire a professional caterer for our social event?

For private events, you have more flexibility. You’re not required to bring in a professional, full-service caterer for smaller gatherings like baby showers or birthday parties. Just know that you’ll be responsible for cleaning up and taking trash to the dumpster outside our prep kitchen door.

Do you provide tables and chairs?

Yes. Tables and chairs for up to 125 guests are included in your private event rental. Linens, tabletop rentals, and bartending are available as add-ons.

Are you pet-friendly?

Yes. Pets must remain leashed throughout your event and crated during the celebration itself. For the safety of your animal, we ask that they don’t roam freely since we’re surrounded by natural wildlife.

What about parking?

We offer ample on-site parking for you and your guests, with plenty of room for vendor loading and unloading throughout your event.
